As the clock was about to hit 6 o'clock, the beautiful summer sun was beginning to set. Before finally retiring for the day, it illuminated the clouds of the late afternoon sky. It seemed to sympathize with the seemingly lifeless tree nearing its end. But like the sun that would shine again the following day, this tree should be born again in multitude.

Hello, Mariel. It looks like a kapok or silk cotton tree. I haven't gone nearer to that tree actually, but it looks like it from afar. This was taken on our way to Manjuyod from Bindoy (towns in Dumaguete).
